Here is a simple guideline to keep in mind to ensure everyone shops happy :D

Do take note that;

1. All items are brand new and in good condition, unless stated otherwise

2. We deliver via Pos Laju only.

3. Payment is to be made to our Maybank account number, which will be given once order is confirmed.

4. Exchange / refund will not be entertained once order is received.

5. Postage charges apply and vary according to weight and mailing location.

6. Delivery will be made every Wednesday and Friday of the week.

Guidelines to follow @ Prima Donna;

1. Your order is not confirmed without an order form, so kindly fill it up to confirm your purchase :)

2. We serve on a first order, first serve basis.

3. Shoppers are granted a one-day grace period to make payment once order is received.

4. Failure to do so will result in the item being let go to other buyers.

5. We are not liable for any damage caused once your item has been shipped.

6. Do take note that the colour of items might differ slightly from the colour displayed on your screen.
